Duncan Tree Foundation is rooted in healing, teaching and empowering underserved communities around the world.

Ouida Duncan is an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and a Hoffman Institute graduate; she is also a graduate of Landmark Education’s Curriculum for Living (The Forum, Advanced Course and Self-Expression in Leadership) program. She is an accomplished advertising professional with 22 years experience working with consumer and pharmaceutical brands. Ouida became known as “the fixer” because of her ability to effectively turn around failing accounts by managing expectations, creating process and inspiring her teams.

Ouida has a track record of bringing calm to stressful situations. Her “super power” is her ability to unlock hidden potential in people, sometimes to their surprise. When partnering with her clients, she works to find the hidden gems in their lives which ultimately motivates them to be extraordinary and achieve their desired goals with joy.

A philanthropist, Ouida has received numerous humanitarian and service awards for her work with the Duncan Tree Foundation from the Jamaican Health Authorities and Filipino government in Davao City Mindanao, local public hospitals, U.S. Congress and U.S. based community organizations.

She was inspired to start the organization in 2008 to bring healing, empowerment and higher learning to underserved communities in various parts of the world.

In her downtime, Ouida is an avid reader and world traveler who has visited six out of seven continents. She feels deeply connected to the people she meets and the lands she visits all around the world. She hopes to visit the Penguins soon.

She is a mother of four amazing daughters to whom she is very grateful for their love and undying support.
